Tyler Warne
Tyler Warne grew up in Billings, MT and moved to Helena in 2012. Tyler received his bachelor’s degree from MSU Billings in Business Administration. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser with an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is the incoming President for 2020-2022 of the Appraisal Institute of Montana. In April of 2019, Tyler became a licensed real estate sales associate (Realtor) and specializes in commercial sales and leases. Tyler is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and many other outdoor recreation. He is married and loves spending time outside with his family.

Tricia Ricks has been working alongside Tyler for several years now. She is learning the industry and aspires to be an appraiser in the future. She is experienced with construction and has a good sense of the banking industry as her partner is a commercial lender. She is originally from northern Michigan but has been in Montana since 2006, where she has chosen to raise her family.
Tricia’s formal education is from Michigan Tech University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. She is married to Lee Ricks, and they have two children. They enjoy the outdoors and family time. Outside of work she is an accomplished hunter and fisherman and a great mother and wife.
